Survey Dashboard - Field Descriptions

The fields, links, and buttons available on the Survey Dashboard screen are described below.

Field	Description
Company	Select the desired company from the drop-down list you want to view on the Survey Dashboard. Note: You can select multiple companies and departments from the drop-down list. If you select multiple companies, then Department is disabled and auto populated as All. For selection of multiple departments, you must select a single company.
Department	Select the desired departments from the drop-down list you want to view on the Survey Dashboard. Note: You can select multiple companies and departments from the drop-down list. If you select multiple companies, then Department is disabled and auto populated as All. For selection of multiple departments, you must select a single company.
Collapse/Expand Arrow	Click the arrow to display the various types of templates to choose from. Based on a selected template the corresponding survey is displayed by year and month wise.
Trend: Overall Rating Graph The graph displays the overall trend of the entire surveys conducted for a selected template. The solid-colored lines represents the selected company's data while the Red dashed line represents the average survey scores across all the companies.
MOL Group Average	Display the average of a survey results conducted by all companies of MOL Group. The Red dashed line represents the average survey scores across the companies. Mouseover a point on the dashed line to view the average score of the respective data.
<Digit within colored circle(s)>	Display the survey score of a company.
<Legend>	Display the color legend based on the selected companies. Mouseover the legend to view the company name.

	Icon to display the information about the graph.

Company wise Overall Rating Graph The vertical bar graph displays the average weightage of a particular survey conducted for selected companies. Company wise summary is included in Unattended Learner Survey Information Report.
MOL Group Average	Display the average of a survey results conducted by all companies of MOL Group. The Red dashed line represents the average survey scores across the companies. Mouseover a point on the dashed line to view the average score of the respective data.
<Legend>	Display the color legend based on the selected companies. Mouseover the legend to view the company name.

Company wise Category Rating Chart The spider chart displays score of a survey conducted for selected companies for specific categories. The solid-colored lines represents the selected company's data while the Red dashed line represents the average survey scores across the companies.
MOL Group Average	Display the average of a survey results conducted by all companies of MOL Group. The Red dashed line represents the average survey scores across the companies. Mouseover a point on the dashed line to view the average score of the respective data.

Company wise Distribution Chart The donut chart displays the percentage of the responses received against the options in a survey conducted for a specific category against selected companies. Note: Mouseover an area on the chart to view the options of a survey. The color legend displays the options of a survey.
Select Categories	Select the desired categories from the drop-down list you want to view on the Survey Dashboard. You can select multiple categories from the drop-down list.

Question wise Distribution Graph The horizontal bar graph displays the percentage of the responses received against questions in a survey conducted for a specific category against selected companies. Note: Mouseover an area on the graph to view the options of a survey. The color legend displays the options of a survey.
